Tula Health is operated by Super Liquidity Project Management LLC. References to "Tula Health", "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean Super Liquidity Project Management LLC operating through the Tula Health brand.
What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to your use of tulahealth.fit, Tula Health early access forms, communications, program information, booking flows, digital tools, and any non-emergency metabolic weight-care programs offered under the Tula Health brand.
Program purpose
Tula Health programs are designed to support adults seeking structured weight, appetite, and metabolic health care. Program features may include digital assessment, care coordination, clinician consultation, lab review, nutrition support, progress monitoring, and treatment-pathway support where clinically appropriate.
Clinical care
Clinical decisions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals, not by the website or by automated tools. A doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship can only begin after a proper intake, consent process, and appointment with the relevant licensed healthcare professional.
Prescription medicines
Prescription treatment may be discussed as part of a clinical pathway where appropriate. Tula Health does not sell prescription medicines through this website. Any prescription treatment must be decided by a licensed clinician after reviewing your medical history, suitability, risks, contraindications, and applicable legal requirements.
